Other Things to Note
This Northern Michigan property is located on a seasonal road. The road is plowed regularly during winter months, though conditions may vary depending on weather.
The home is nestled in the woods, offering privacy and a nature-immersive experience. As with any forest setting, wildlife may occasionally be present, including deer, skunks, raccoons, mice, spiders, wasps, bees, crickets, black flies, or ants.
These animals are part of the natural environment and outside of our control. Refunds are not provided for wildlife encounters.
We treat the property for mosquitoes each season and provide tabletop tiki torches to help during the summer months.
Guests should expect the sights and sounds of nature as part of the Northern Michigan experience.
During winter months, some patio furniture may be removed or covered. Outdoor furnishings are typically set out again from May through the end of September.
